Kolby Kail is the head speech-language pathologist at Kolby Kail Speech Therapy. She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, as well as a licensed California Speech-Language Pathologist. Kolby has 15 years of clinical experience and specializes in treating children 18 months through 14 years. She is currently on track to her certification in orofacial myology and certified in the PROMPT technique. She has an extensive understanding of motor speech disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD's), apraxia, articulation, phonology, and language. Kolby began her career working in early intervention with treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, apraxia of speech, and articulation and language disorders. She works with a variety of School Districts and opened Kolby Kail Speech Therapy to better serve her community. Because of her school-based experience, Kolby also has the specific expertise in helping parents understand the IEP process. 

Kolby believes there is no better feeling than helping a child achieve his/her communicative goals while having fun. She integrates therapy goals into play activities that are fun and functional. She easily establishes trust and connection with families to facilitate consistent progress.
